A friend of Caecil observed this naked man in Cijantung, Jakarta, yesterday.
And not long ago, during a bicycle trip to Cibubur, I saw a naked man crossing the street on green man in front of me. Nobody seemed to worry much about it. Another day I saw a naked woman walking in the street in Cibubur.
