Where is Rune?

I picked up the Indonesian visa this morning when the embassy opened at 09.00.

I went to the Indonesian embassy this morning to apply for a social visa, valid for 60 days, and extendable up to 6 months. Visa fee was 2250 pesos.

Last evening I and a colleague catched a bus from Manila to a beach south of Manila (the trip took around 4 hours), called Munting Buhangin near the town Nasugbu. I was rather disappointed, the beach was nothing special at all, and the environment was boring. Overpriced lodging.

On 30 August I went on a, now rather, usual business trip to Manila (Philippines), and Chung-Li and Hsinchu (Taiwan).
30 Aug: Flew from Balikpapan to Jakarta on Lion Air, stayed in Margot Hotel in Jl Jaksa (that hotel now costs Rp 220,000 per night).
31 Aug: Flew from Jakarta to Manila via Singapore on Singapore Airlines. [...]

Today I picked up my new 60 days visa in the Indonesian embassy in Manila, which I applied for last Wednesday!
Now sitting in the airport in Manila waiting for a flight to Taipei.
I canceled the flight to Jakarta on 24 April, in view of what happened there, and instead will fly to Singapore, then take [...]

I have to go on the usual business trip to Manila, Philippines and Taiwan (Chung-Li and Hsinchu).
Going first to Jakarta today, spending one night in Jl Jaksa, then catching a Cebu Pacific plane to Manila directly from Jakarta Friday night. Arriving in Manila 05:20 Saturday.

On 3 October Rune went to Jakarta, stayed a few days at Penginapan Asri (near Jl. Jaksa), and from there further on to Manila and Taipei to do some work.

Rune made a change in his plans and is now in Manila, Philippines, to do a job assignment.

My second work related trip outside Europe. I combined the trip with a vacation in Indonesia afterwards. I had an open-jaw ticket with Lufthansa (outbound to Manila, inbound from Jakarta).
