KTP
Monday, 5 November 2012Taman Rasuna, Jakarta
Finally I got myself an official residency card, it’s called KTP. It’s easy to get and is free, but time consuming. Here is the list of government offices I had to go through, in that order, and some of the offices must be visited twice:
- Catatan Sipil DKI Jakarta, Grogol. Get a document.
- Catatan Sipil, Walikota Jakarta Timur. Submit above document and get another document.
- RT. Get another document.
- RW. Get a stamp on the above document.
- Kantor Lurah Cibubur. Submit all above documents and get a document in return.
- Catatan Sipil, Walikota Jakarta Timur. Submit above document and get unsigned KTP/KK in return.
- RT. Get the KK signed.
- Kantor Lurah Cibubur. Get the KTP/KK signed.
The KK is a so-called family card, which I also got together with the KTP. According to the KK, I am the head of family.
