Java Roundtrip II

We have a lot of visitors from Norway this year, and this is the second roundtrip around Java for me. I am too lazy to go into details, but this time the trip lasted for a month and went like this: Jakarta – Puncak – Bandung – Yogya – Jepara – Karimunjawa – Jepara – Jakarta.
